1. Admission and Entry Fee

Access to the Skybar requires the purchase of an entry ticket at €25 (VAT included) per person, including one drink.
The entry fee may vary for certain special events. In such cases, the applicable price and included services will be clearly communicated at the time of booking or ticket purchase.
The ticket grants access to the Skybar but does not guarantee a seat.
Tickets are available, subject to venue capacity, via the Skybar website with payment made on-site, or directly at the Skybar reception desk. Tickets may also be available on Shotgun for selected events.

2. Table Reservations and Allocation

Tables are reserved for guests opting for bottle service.
A table is allocated with the purchase of one bottle starting from €300 (VAT included), for a maximum of 4 guests per table.
For groups of more than 4 guests, the purchase of additional bottles may be required depending on the size of the group and availability.
Tables are allocated subject to availability.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Entry tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the Skybar.
In the event of an exceptional closure or circumstances preventing the Skybar from operating, the venue may offer a rescheduling or refund depending on the circumstances.

4. Admission Policy, Dress Code and Conduct

Access to the Skybar is subject to compliance with our elegant dress code, safety rules and appropriate behaviour.
Tracksuits, sportswear, casual shorts, sports sneakers, flip-flops and flat open-toe shoes are not permitted.
The Skybar reserves the right to refuse admission or ask any guest who does not comply with these conditions to leave the venue, even if they are in possession of a valid ticket.

5. Liability

The Skybar cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of guests’ personal belongings.
Any damage caused to the venue, furniture or facilities may be charged to the responsible guest.

6. Acceptance of Terms

The purchase of an entry ticket or the reservation of a table constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Skybar admission policy.
